From the Heart of a Mother is a solo exhibition of interdisciplinary work by Glasgow-based Pakistani artist Sana Obaid. Bringing together printmaking, sculpture, and installation, the exhibition explores themes of grief, remembrance, care, and human interconnectedness. Developed in response to witnessing the ongoing devastation in Gaza through a maternallens, the work invites audiences into a space for contemplation, compassion, and dialogue. Alongside the exhibition, Obaid will lead community printmaking workshops for island residents and visitors.
